Sticky & Con fly to Thailand
Sticky and Con settle in for a night of multi-channel television at the Crowne Plaza.... and basked in crafty flowers at the Radisson Bangkok........Con explains the proportions of oysters from the Gulf of Thailand.
Accustomed to the luxury of such rooms these two present continual surprise to unsuspecting hotel housekeeping staff across the world.
Con tells Helga and Eric about the size of oysters in Singapore and Malacca and how they ride in crates on the
back of tuk tuks in Thailand.
Sticky doll is the Elle McPherson of dolls. Tall, thin and a model of all that is beautiful, she has her own underwear label and is an expert in the ancient semaphore language once used by the dolls of Northern Africa over 10,000 years ago.
Today she travels the world with her partner, Con, and basks in exotic cultures, hotels and stories of strange phenomenon. She helps underprivileged dolls in poor Asian countries by teaching them semaphore communication and how to avoid rats and oysters.
Sandy was overwhelmed by the nick nacks in the room at Jupiters Conrad.....Pes was a little impatient by his excited behaviour. Con said the oysters were this big in Queensland.
While Sticky was exhausted and needed a good massage.
The day was long and hot, Pes and Ellen ly had returned to the hotel to rest. Con was excitedly telling Sandy about the large snapper fish he saw a man carrying in Martin Place. Pes rescued Annie, a little tartan clad doll from a small shop at the Rocks. She had never seen television before and couldn't take her eyes off the flickering colourful picture.
Con explains to Sticky how fishing trailers used to drag big nets to catch prawns in the river.
Sandy is feeling its time for a drink while Zina-Ly chats to Helga about olive and garlic flavoured Greek flat bread.
Pes ponders her northern adventure details with Ellen. Ellen watches the sun go down behind the big steel bridge.
